Initial Phone Consultation $0 Resolve Issue by Phone $10 - 35 Limit up to 15 minutes Initial Diagnostic (Carry-in only) $20 Carry-in Service $75 minimum for all problems resolved. Estimate to be provided. Typical cost: Troubleshooting / Adjustment: $75 -$100 Extended troubleshooting: $100-150 XP/Vista/Mac OS re-installation: $150-200 Data backup: $75 each 20GB (this is NOT data recovery) On-site Service $150 minimum charge (minimum $75 Labor + $75 on-site service fee) The charges apply regardless of the outcome of service. An estimate for the service to be provided prior to the actual service visit, and the customer must agree to that estimate as a condition for us to schedule service.
